Purchasing Additional Licenses All licenses are single installation licenses unless otherwise specified in the product description. Support is included in your license for 12 months after the date of purchase. You can get support for an additional year by renewing your license at a discounted price - to do so, log in to your account and go to your last order, generate a discount code, and place a new order. Please note that support is provided to non-customized versions of our software. If you modify the original code, you are no longer entitled to free support. We will however advise you and give you general guidelines. Support is available online by filling out a support form - we will contact you back via email If needed, we will contact you via chat or telephone - please make sure you provide us with all the necessary contact information. All requests of customers with the Standard, Business, or Enterprise editions have priority handling and the response time is one business day. Please feel free to contact us about any issue - whether it's a question about usage of the product, feedback on the website or product, problem with updating the product, or reporting a problem ("bug") in the software. When you report a bug please also mention the severity and the implications that it has on your work. All bugs are fixed in subsequent versions, but showstopper bugs will be immediately fixed and a public update ("patch") will be provided. You can look for available updates (or patches) and download them directly from "My account" menu. The version that is available for download in your account is always the last and most updated version and may be different from the one you initially downloaded. All changes are explained in detail in the accompanying README file. If you have special customization needs, we can customize the product based on your requirements and provide you with a private edition tailored to your needs. Please contact us explaining your needs so we can provide you with further information and pricing.
